At EliteReach, we are committed to providing reliable and seamless ad account services to our clients. Below are our policies and terms of service to ensure clarity and fairness in our business operations.

1. Refund Policy (Change of Mind)

  • If you decide to cancel our service for any reason, we offer a full refund of your most recent payment.

  • However, upon refund processing, the ad account will be revoked and deactivated immediately.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within [insert time frame] from the initial payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-4 business days from the date of approval.

2. Ad Account Replacement Policy (Account Ban)

  • If your ad account gets banned, we will provide a 100% free replacement.

  • The replacement account will be provided within 1 business days, depending on availability.

  • This replacement is valid only if the ban occurs due to policy-related issues beyond your control.

  • If your account is banned due to activities that violate advertising policies (e.g., black-hat techniques, prohibited content, or fraudulent activity), we reserve the right to refuse replacement.

  • Clients must adhere to the platform’s advertising policies. Repeated bans due to policy violations may lead to termination of service without refund.

3. Monthly Subscription & Payment Policy

  • Our service is billed at $499 per month.

  • Payments must be made on or before the due date to maintain uninterrupted service.

  • If a payment is missed:

    • Your ad account will be paused immediately until payment is received.

    • Service will only resume once the overdue amount is paid in full.

  • If a payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to permanently revoke access to the ad account.

  • Continued late payments may result in additional fees or service termination.

4. Fair Usage & Compliance Policy

  • Clients must follow all advertising platform policies and guidelines.

  • We are not responsible for bans caused by prohibited content, misleading claims, or policy violations initiated by the client.

  • If your ads consistently violate policies and lead to repeated account bans, we may terminate services without a refund.

  • We do not guarantee ad approval or account longevity, as final decisions rest with the ad platform.

5. Account Access & Ownership

  • The ad accounts provided under this service remain the property of EliteReach Agency.

  • Clients receive temporary access to the ad accounts as long as they maintain an active subscription.

  • If a client cancels their subscription or fails to pay, we reserve the right to revoke access to the ad account immediately.

6. Customer Support & Service Availability

  • We provide customer support via X @XSK999, during business hours 2pm-2am.

  • Any service disruptions will be communicated in advance where possible.

  • Support response times may vary based on ticket volume, but we aim to respond within 1-2 hours.

7. Policy Updates & Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes via E-mail.

  • Continued use of our services after an update means you agree to the new terms.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • EliteReach is not affiliated with Facebook, Google, TikTok, or any advertising platform.

  • We do not guarantee results, ad performance, or account longevity, as these are subject to the platform’s discretion.
